The Wonderwall community exists to help founders discuss innovation and execution. Everything below protects that purpose.
The standing rule
No deal terms. No solicitation. Execution advice only.
Nothing posted in the Wonderwall community is an offer, a commitment, or investment advice. Threads that read as fundraising are rejected at review.
■ The rules
01
No deal talk
No valuations, terms, allocations, round mechanics, commitments or intro requests. Signals is not a fundraising channel and nothing posted here is an offer or a solicitation.
Not allowed: "We're raising at a 12 Cr pre — who wants allocation?"
02
Post opportunities, not opinions
A thread should name a specific innovation opening, market shift or execution problem a founder can act on this month.
Allowed: "Compliance reporting for mid-market NBFCs is still manual. Here's what a wedge looks like."
03
Show the reasoning
Give the why behind the advice. Conclusions without reasoning cannot be argued with, and arguing is the point.
Not useful: "Raise prices." Useful: "Your churn is under 2% — price is not the constraint, positioning is."
04
Be specific, stay kind
Critique the plan, never the person. Direct is welcome. Contempt is not.
Not allowed: personal attacks, firm bashing, or dismissing a founder's background.
05
Nothing confidential
Do not post another company's private data, cap tables, decks, or anything under NDA — yours or someone else's.
If you would not say it on a recorded call, do not post it.
06
Disclose your interest
If you have a position, a mandate, or a commercial relationship with something you are recommending, say so in the post.
Allowed: "Disclosure: I'm on the board of a company in this category."
07
Everything is reviewed
Every thread and reply is held until a Zurvek admin approves it. Rejected posts carry a written reason and can be appealed once.
Expect a delay between posting and publication. That is by design.
■ Posting templates
Pick one in the composer and it fills the body for you. Templates are the fastest way to write a post that passes review.

**What a wedge looks like**
The narrowest first product that would prove the thesis.
**How you'd know it's wrong**
The signal that would kill this within two quarters.

Reporting and appeals
Any signed-in reader can report a thread or reply. Reports go to a Zurvek admin queue and every decision is written into a moderation log with the outcome. If your own post is rejected or removed, you can add one appeal note to the decision — an admin re-reads it before it is final.
