How do I run my first evaluation?+
Sign in, upload a pitch deck (PDF up to 25MB), and the SenseCore engine begins the 5-agent analysis automatically. Results typically appear in 60–120 seconds.
What file formats are supported?+
PDF pitch decks and CSV financial data. Text is extracted client-side using a Zero-Inference protocol — nothing is fabricated.
Which dashboard do I use?+
Founders land on the OriZin dashboard. Investors land on the Deal Flow dashboard. Your role is set on first login and locks after the first evaluation.
What is OriZin?+
OriZin is Zurvek for founders — a permanent, always-open product. There's no cohort, no seats, and no deadline. Start with 5 free lifetime evaluations, no application required.
What is Founder's Access?+
Founder's Access is a one-time ₹3,999 payment that unlocks 30 lifetime evaluations, unlimited CENTRA questions, and full Investment Memo exports. No subscription, no recurring charge.
How many evaluations do I get?+
Every account starts with 5 free lifetime evaluations. Upgrading to Founder's Access extends this to 30 lifetime evaluations for a single ₹3,999 payment.
Can I cancel or refund my subscription?+
Yes. See the Refund Policy for eligibility windows. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Do you offer team or enterprise pricing?+
The Syndicate tier includes multi-seat access. For custom enterprise contracts, contact support@zurvek.com.
How do I get a GST invoice or payment receipt?+
Invoices auto-generate on tier changes and payments. Download them from Settings → Billing, or open a support ticket if a receipt is missing.
Is my pitch deck data used to train models?+
No. Uploads are analyzed in isolated context windows, anonymized before retention, and never shared with third parties.
How is my data protected?+
Row-level security scopes every record to your organization. Data at rest is encrypted; sensitive fields respect Privacy Mode.
How do I delete my data?+
Open a support ticket and we will action deletion within 30 days across analysis logs, evaluations, and backups.
Why did my score change on re-run?+
The engine uses deterministic caching — identical inputs return the same verdict. Score changes only when the pitch content changes.
Are verdicts investment advice?+
No. Verdicts are analytical decision-support signals. Zurvek does not provide financial advice or predictions of return.
