Welcome to Zurvek, an AI-powered investment intelligence platform developed by VentureSense Technologies LLP ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Zurvek (the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. Usage by investment firms is permitted only by authorized representatives.
2. Nature of the Service
Zurvek provides AI-generated evaluations, insights, forecasts, risk assessments, compliance screenings, and scoring models. These outputs are probabilistic, automated, and informational only.
The Service does not constitute:
- Investment advice
- Financial advice
- Legal advice
- Compliance certification
- Audit or due diligence services
Users must conduct independent verification of all information.
3. User Responsibilities
Users agree to:

- Upload only documents they have rights to share

4. Subscription, Payment & Limits
- Free Tier: 1 report lifetime
- Pro: 10 reports/month
- Pro+: 50 reports/month
- Legend: Unlimited reports
The Company may modify pricing and limits with notice. No refunds for partially used periods.
5. Data Use & Processing
Uploaded pitch decks and data may be:
- Processed by AI models
- Used to generate insights
- Stored securely for report history
- Used to improve the Service in anonymized form
We do not sell user data.
6. Intellectual Property
All:
- Algorithms
- Scoring models
- Risk frameworks
- Visualizations
- Templates
- Reports
Are intellectual property of VentureSense Technologies LLP. Users receive a non-transferable license to view/export reports per their tier.
7. No Guarantees
The Company does not guarantee:
- Accuracy
- Completeness
- Future performance of startups
- Absence of false positives/negatives
- Correctness of fraud/compliance indicators
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for:
- Financial losses
- Investment risks
- Damages arising from reliance on reports
- Business losses
- Legal or compliance outcomes
Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the preceding 3 months.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for:
- Misuse
- Fraudulent behavior
- Violation of terms
- Exceeding fair usage
- Illegal activity
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
