VentureSense Technologies LLP ("we", "our", "us") operates Zurvek exclusively as a cloud-based digital platform. This policy clarifies our delivery model.
1. Digital-Only Delivery
Zurvek is a cloud-based platform. No physical products are shipped. All services, reports, and features are delivered digitally through the web application.
2. Instant Access
Upon successful subscription or purchase, users receive immediate access to the platform and its features corresponding to their subscription tier. No waiting period or delivery time is required.
3. Service Availability
Digital access can be affected by maintenance, internet conditions and contracted service dependencies. Any service level agreed for an enterprise customer is governed by that customer's written agreement.
4. Report Generation
Evaluation reports and decision-support outputs are generated on-demand within the platform. Processing times may vary depending on the complexity of the analysis and current system load, but typically complete within minutes.
5. Regional Access
Zurvek can be accessed from supported web browsers in many countries. Availability does not mean that registry, filing or regulatory sources exist for every country. India-specific prompts apply only when relevant and are not a substitute for official verification.
