VentureSense Technologies LLP ("we", "our", "us") operates Zurvek as a cloud-based, digital SaaS platform. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued.

1. Nature of the Product

Zurvek is a digital product delivered electronically. There are no physical goods, shipments, or tangible deliverables. Access to the platform is granted immediately upon successful subscription or purchase.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following scenarios:

  • Duplicate payment or billing error
  • Service was entirely unavailable during the subscription period due to platform failure
  • Account was charged after a cancellation request was submitted and acknowledged

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge date.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Partial use of the subscription period
  • Tier upgrades that have already been consumed or activated
  • Evaluation credits that have been used
  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated outputs (results are probabilistic by nature)
  • Failure to cancel before the next billing cycle

5. Processing Timeline
